We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because each lamp is handcrafted and shipped directly from the manufacturer, all returns must follow the guidelines below.
General Conditions
- Pre-Approval Required – All return requests must be submitted in writing to customer.service@tiffanylampsforsale.com and approved before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Restocking Fee – Most non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs, as required by the manufacturer.
- Condition of Merchandise – Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging with all parts, paperwork, and accessories included. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to additional charges.
Return Windows
- Non-Defective Goods: Must be returned within 30 days of receipt (30% restock fee applies).
- Defective Goods: Must be reported within 30 days of receipt for repair, replacement, or refund.
- Mis-Shipped Orders: Must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
- Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and note any damage on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt.
Exclusions
- Custom-made or special-order merchandise may not be returned.
- Light bulbs are not included and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Normal color, glass, or finish variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
How to Request a Return
- Email customer.service@tiffanylampsforsale.com with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for written approval and instructions before shipping the item back.
- Ship the product in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges (except in cases of defective or mis-shipped products).
