Shipping

We take great care in ensuring your Tiffany lamp arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Carriers

We ship most orders via FedEx or UPS. In certain cases, other carriers may be used at our discretion to ensure safe and efficient delivery.


Order Processing & Lead Times

  • In-Stock Items: Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks.
  • Backordered Items: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated lead time (typically 4–6 weeks).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


Delivery & Inspection

  • Please carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery, in front of the carrier.
  • If any visible damage is present (such as dented boxes, broken packaging, or missing shrink-wrap), note this clearly on the Delivery Receipt before signing.
  • If damage is discovered after opening, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

This process is required for us to file a valid damage claim with the carrier.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.
