By placing an order with TiffanyLampsForSale.com (“Seller”), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Pricing
All prices are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to correction in case of typographical or system errors.
2. Orders & Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately with our manufacturer to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to assist, but cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed.
3. Variations
Every Tiffany lamp is handcrafted, and natural variations in color, glass, and design are expected. Product photos are a general representation; your lamp will be a one-of-a-kind work of art. These variations are not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.
4. Payment Terms
Payment in full is required at checkout for all items. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Lead Times & Shipping
- Stock Items: Most lamps ship within 1–2 weeks if in stock at the manufacturer.
- Backordered Items: Some products may have a longer lead time depending on availability.
All merchandise ships via trusted carriers. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery. Tiffany Lamps For Sale is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
6. Inspection of Goods
Buyer must carefully inspect all deliveries at the time of receipt, in front of the carrier. Any visible damage (such as broken packaging, dented cartons, or missing shrink-wrap) must be noted on the Delivery Receipt before signing. This step is required to process a damage claim. Failure to do so may void the ability to file a claim.
7. Warranty
All lamps are warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications
- Changes to color/finish caused by cleaning products, sunlight, or natural aging
Light bulbs are not included and are not covered by warranty.
8. Returns & Restocking
- Because each lamp is handcrafted and shipped directly from the manufacturer, all sales are considered final.
- Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturer defects or damage during transit, provided claims are made within 7 days of delivery.
- If a return is approved for any other reason, a 30% restocking fee will apply, plus return shipping costs.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
9. Color & Finish Variation
Glass and finishes may vary from samples and online images. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
10. Promotion & Photography
Seller reserves the right to photograph products for advertising and promotional purposes. Designers or artists may be credited when appropriate.
11. Limitation of Liability
Seller shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Remedies under these Terms are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Seller’s sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State where your business is registered]. Any disputes shall be resolved under those laws and in the jurisdiction of that state.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the full agreement between Buyer and Seller and may not be altered except in writing signed by both parties.
